1. Who we are
Leizi (leizi.space) is run by Lingneng Feisheng (Shenzhen) Technology Media Co., Ltd. (灵能飞升（深圳）科技传媒有限公司), 720H25 Huarong Building, 178 Mintian Road, Futian District, Shenzhen, Guangdong 518000, China (“we”). These terms are an agreement between you and us. By using Leizi you agree to them.
2. What Leizi is
Leizi teaches beginner Chinese with word cards and short stories where you choose what to say, explained in English or Vietnamese. The HSK 1 course has 38 lessons covering the 300 words of HSK 1. Lessons open one after another, with a wait between them.
3. Your progress
You can take the free lesson without an account. Until you sign in, your progress is linked to the browser you use, and to your Messenger chat if you opened Leizi from a link we sent you there; if you clear your browser data, your progress on that browser may be lost. To buy the HSK 1 course you sign in, and from then on your progress and access are linked to your account. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Price and payment
Lesson 1 is free. The HSK 1 course costs US$11.99, paid once. It is not a subscription and is never charged again. The price is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake as Merchant of Record, and its terms also apply to the payment.
5. What you get
After payment, every lesson of the HSK 1 course unlocks for you as it opens. Your access does not expire while we run Leizi. To use it on another device, sign in with the account you bought it with. Features marked “coming soon” on the Pricing page are added at no extra cost when they launch. Other courses, such as HSK 2, are not included and may be sold separately.
6. Refunds
Within 7 days of buying, if you have not started lesson 3, we refund the full price. To ask, email support@leizi.space from the address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original payment method. This does not limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
7. Using Leizi fairly
The words, stories, audio and design of Leizi belong to us. You may use them for your own learning. Please don’t copy, resell or share the paid content, collect it automatically, try to get around payment, or interfere with the site.
8. No guarantees
We work to keep the content accurate and the site available, but we provide Leizi as it is. We do not promise that you will pass an HSK exam or reach a given level. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending
You can stop using Leizi at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. If we stop offering the HSK 1 course within 12 months of your purchase for any other reason, we refund you.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. A change never takes away a course you have already paid for.
11. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without taking away consumer protections you have where you live. Questions: support@leizi.space.
